Film Buff & Movie Maker
I love to watch movies and I even made a couple of shorts here and there. I still have a passion for the making of movies and I often contribute to a couple of screenplays that are buried deep within my mind.
These are the phrases that describe me and what I love. I am also a part of the natural hair space and while I like to think of most naturals being unified on one side of the spectrum, my hair tends to act like it’s from the other end of the spectrum.
There are many things I have tackled in life. I have learn to conquer it with some practice and education on it. With my mind put to it, there isn’t anything I can’t master... Well, there are 2 things I can think of: Natural hair and Life!
Aside from hair, programming, and video games, I am a curvy girl trying to find where she fits with in life. I am the true definition of an introvert and you can often find me lost in my thoughts, rocking a mean Resting B**** Face (although I don't do so intentionally). I do try to break myself out of my shell but most people don't understand and I end up making myself look socially awkward.
For years, I've tried hiding this side of myself to the world and wishing I was more like everyone else. But as I grew older, I embraced my awkwardness and my introverted ways, and try to show more of it to the world.
Along with my hairscapades will come musings about my every day, day to day lifestyle. Some of which will be awkward and weird, but most of it just like yours. I hope you enjoy reading about my crazy, backwards life as I take you on the adventure of a lifetime.
